In 2007, Derek co-founded and launched a new beer brand. Over the next several years, he expanded the reach of the brand through grass-roots and guerilla marketing. The beer gained a following and a foothold in the highly competitive craft beer market.
The brand is founded on authenticity and honesty. While technically still a craft beer, we positioned it in direct opposition to the pretentious, snobby hyper-craft beers that dominated the marketplace.
