Disney - Solutions Delivery Recruitment Campaign
The Solutions Delivery team commissioned Vogel Designs to come up with a creative way to recruit data engineers. Not known for being extroverted, the campaign needed to appeal to alpha nerds, while being interesting enough to catch their attention. We came up with a tear-off poster with dedicated QR code, microsite and t-shirts to promote the campaign at an engineering conference. The campaign was a huge success, and resulted in excellent hires.
